Dear Valued Customer:
The Sterno Group, by means of this letter, is providing notice of a voluntary recall of the following items, distributed through The Sterno Group.

Foodservice Items 505TL & 505S - Tea Lights
[with production date codes from 11060 to 11151]
Date codes located near I2of5 and UPC barcodes
Sterno has found after a couple of hours of burning that this product occasionally flares up to a flame as high as 5”. Although this is a very rare occurrence (i.e. less than .001%), we have decided to make this comprehensive recall to avoid any possible injury and/or property damage risk.
Sterno is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to communicate recall procedures. Accordingly, we ask your cooperation in accomplishing the following.
Food Service Distributors:
1. Cease all sales of production date codes from 11060 to 11151 and remove the item from sale immediately.
2. Contact your Operators who may have purchased the items. Share the attached Recall Notice and recover any remaining product.
3. Call Customer Service at 877-478-3766 for Return Material Authorization (RMA) and Credit instructions.
4. Return unsold inventory and recovered product to The Sterno Group.
Food Service Operators:
1. Immediately discontinue use of all Sterno tealight candles with production date codes from 11060 to 11151.
2. Return any remaining product that has the above Code Dates to your local distributor or place of purchase.
3. Call your local distributor's customer service department for instructions on how to handle your Product Return and Credit

Dear Valued Customer:
The Sterno Group, by means of this letter, intends to give you notice of a voluntary recall of the following item, previously distributed through The Sterno Group.
Item #ST06001-Portable Butane Stove
Item #50006-Portable Butane Stove
Sterno has found that the product may not be completely shutting off the flow of butane to the burner when the valve has been turned to the “off” position. This may allow the butane fuel to continue to slowly be released resulting in a small pilot light-like flame continuing to burn, or if the flame is extinguished, the continued slow release of butane gas from the stove.
Sterno is working with the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to communicate recall procedures.

How to return your recalled portable butane stove
Please do not return the stove to the location in which it was purchased.
Please follow the procedure below for return and replacement:

- Call 877-478-3766 to get a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
- Sterno will send you a prepaid shipping kit.
Place the recalled stove in the box, affix prepaid label, and send.
- In four to six weeks, you will receive your replacement.
