I would prefer to keep this review very condensed: the catering bag functions extremely-well for heat and low-temperature retention, but the workmanship of the securing strips of interlocking fabrics (a common brand name is Velcro, for understanding) being secured by a leaking, sticky, nautic-blue adhesive was incredibly-disappointing for a Made-in-USA product in comparison to stitching. I have contacted Sterno support through the only visible email on the website that is sales and have yet to receive a reply since 5:24 PST on February 13th, but completely understand business hours and a well-deserved weekend.
